In this outstanding Perigord, two skylights in the roof-high living area provide plenty of brightness and a generous feeling of space.
The spacious kitchenette is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven / microwave combination, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment and a dishwasher.
The fully glazed veranda creates additional living space: on hot days you can completely open the wide sliding doors on three sides. But even at cooler temperatures you can enjoy the view of the garden and the beautiful light of the evening sun.
The veranda kitchen with two hotplates can be used for the preparation of smaller meals, a second dining group is available here.
In the well-kept garden and outside area you will find both sunny and shady places to linger at any time of the day. On the terrace at the house, a fold-out wind screen and a large parasol are at your disposal.
A carport protects your car from pine resin.
