This carefully refurbished 45 m² Landais-2-style house is not only charming thanks to its refreshed garden. It is very well equipped, well maintained and very pleasant.
The chalet has a covered south/west-facing terrace with a cosy corner lounge. There is also an uncovered part of the terrace with a dining area under a parasol. A second set of garden furniture can be set up on the lawn or on the sunny morning terrace.
The grounds are both sunny and shady, so you can enjoy the day to the rhythm of the sun, protected by the surrounding hedge. The garden was redesigned in 2025 and is much brighter and more spacious. An outdoor hot/cold shower and Weber electric barbecue are available.
The chalet is ideally located, close to the south and main beaches and the village. There is a footpath from Boulevard Afrique and main access from Boulevard Tunisie. Dogs are welcome.
Look forward to this charming and bright holiday home. The kitchen is practical and very well equipped. There is an additional, second fridge in the annex. The pretty living/dining area invites you to linger in a cosy atmosphere. A stereo system and a TV with German, French and international programmes, books and games are available. The modern bathroom pampers you in the cooler seasons with underfloor heating. Infrared heating panels are installed in all rooms except the twin room, where there is a radiator. These provide a cosy warmth in cool temperatures. The windows and doors have mosquito nets. A cordless hoover is available for the interior.
The house has a free Internet connection. This enables very fast internet.
There are sun loungers with cushions, hammocks, body boards, boules balls, badminton rackets, a yoga mat... ready for you.
